CHF - Synthetic Hydraulic Oil
Synthetic hydraulic oil is a lubricant that is increasingly used by the automotive industry, particularly the German factories, for cabriolet hydraulics, specific hydraulic steering and servo gears.

This oil is also known as 'Pentosin' since it was the first company to manufacture and distribute the synthetic hydraulic oil on the market. Nowadays there are a lot of oils available on the market that are 'Pentosin CHF11', but caution is needed to mix this type of oil with different manufacturers and it is good to replace the oil instead of filling it up.


Many manufacturers require CHF oil and the main ones are the following with the corresponding specifications they have established:
ISO 7308, DIN 51524 Teil 3, BMW 81 22 9407 758, MB 345.0, Opel 1940 766, VW 521.46 (G002000), ZF TE-ML02K, MAN 3289.
