100% synthetic lubricant for industrial use in highly demanding applications and temperatures between -35º C and 200º C. Designed for lubrication of closed lubrication circuits (industrial gear units), endless gearmotors, ball bearings and ball bearings and any machine requiring high pressure lubrication (EP). Particularly suitable for the paper and plastic industry where temperatures exceed 150 ° C

Specifications U.S STEEL 224, AGMA 250.04, DIN 51517 Part 3, ISO 129525-1 Type CKC

ISO Fluctuations : 150, 220, 320, 460

CEPSA Engranages HPX

Synthetic high performance industrial lubricant with high viscosity index and low melting point. It prevents the formation of varnish and oil and tar stocks. Its careful composition does not oxidize or affect copper parts.Recommended for multiple applications with high loads and high speeds. It retains its properties in a wide range of temperatures, even very high temperatures where an ordinary lubricant would oxidize very quickly. That's why it reduces the use of lubricant, expanding oil changes. Particularly suited to the metallurgical industry where high loads, vibrations and interruptions are combined with machine speeds. It can be used in the place of simple lubricants for better lubrication and long oil replacement intervals.

Specifications AIST 224, AGMA 9005 – E-02 (EP), DIN 51517 Part 3 CLP, ISO 129525-1 Type CKC

Fluctuations: ISO: 68, 100, 150, 220, 320, 460, 680

CEPSA Engranages XMP

A very high quality, extreme pressure lubricant oil, with sulphur-phosphorus additives, which has been developed for all types of industrial steel gearing in sealed gearboxes.

Applications

o Especially recommended for all types of industrial steel gearing in sealed gearboxes, operating under severe service conditions and subject to high shock loads, or large constant or intermittent forces, including those that operate at very high loads and speeds.

o Its excellent extreme pressure properties make it essential for certain, heavily loaded reducers at low speeds, where there is a risk of “MICROPITTING”.

Specifications DIN 51517 Part 3 HLP, ISO 12925-1 type CKC / CKD, AGMA 9005-F16 AntiScuff, SAE 224, DAVID BROWN S1.53.101 Type E, FIVES CINCINNATI P-Specs, MÜLLER WEINGARTEN, SIEMENS FLENDER AG Rev. 13

CEPSA Aerogear

High quality lubricants specially designed for use in gear units that are exposed to high loads and temperatures and where there is the possibility of water and dust entering the lubricant. Prevents damage to components caused by micropitting. It is especially recommended for use in wind turbines.

Specifications U.S.STEEL 224, DIN 51517 Parte 3, FLENDER AG, AGMA 9005-E-02 (EP), DAVID BROWN 51.53.101 Type E, CINCINNATI MACHINE P-74, SEB 181.226, MÜLLER WEINGARTEN

ISO Fluctuations: 150, 220, 320, 460

CEPSA Aerogear Synt

100% synthetic lubricant for all types of industrial gearboxes that work with high loads, even at high speeds. Due to its synthetic formula, it allows larger oil changes and provides greater protection against oxidation. Its excellent high pressure (EP) properties make it ideal for high-load applications at very low speeds where there is a risk of micropitting and especially wind turbines.

Specifications AIST 224, DIN 51517 Parte 3 (CLP), FLENDER AG, AGMA 9005-E02 (EP), CINCINNATI MACHINE P-74, DAVID BROWN S1.53.101 Type E

ISO Fluids: 220, 320, 460

CEPSA HD Turbinas
