What is Grease?
Grease consists essentially of two components, the soap (the base of the grease) and the oil together with the chemical additives that give it the necessary properties. The most common greases are Lithium based, so they use lithium soap. More specialized greases use aluminum, calcium, aluminum soaps, etc. In recent years, soaps have been disclosed which are complexes of various types (eg lithium-calcium grease) or are aluminum complexes (processed soap) to improve the performance of grease and / or coverage of new and more upgraded requirements by machine manufacturers.
Grease Specifications Greases are usually distinguished by their fluidity according to the NLGI scale, numerically from 0 to 3 (the smallest the number, the more lean the grease). This scale has now been expanded downwards (types 000 and 00, more lenient than 0), while some manufacturers also have grease that can fall into the middle of two categories, so they are called unofficially as 'two and a half'. the most common grease is NLGI no.2 while thicker greases should be used very carefully only with the consent of a specialist on greases.
Special categories are marine greases that use soaps and chemical additives that are not mixed with water and their performance is largely unaffected by the presence of salt and water.
CEPSA Arga EP-2 Special
Lithium base grease with high pressure EP characteristics, especially for ball bearing ball bearings, e.g. the bearings on the wheels of cars and trucks. Its composition has significant antioxidant and anti-friction properties, protecting against rust and moisture. Special for lubrication in the presence of high loads and temperatures up to 130º C.
CEPSA Arga Autograsa
Grease for general use, for machine greasing and all types of bearings (EP). It contains Molybdenum Dithium, a chemical formula of graphite, which protects against bruises and friction . It is specially recommended for the lubrication of hydraulic pistols and all machines that are hard to use.

Contains molybdenum and copper grease that help reduce wear and eliminate the risk of stickiness from rust. YUKO Grease 158
Used for lubrication of roller bearings in automotive and tractor electric equipment, needle bearings of cardan joints crosspieces, friction joints of wipers of passenger cars and trucks, other vehicles.
Represents the soft grease with smooth texture. Special colouring agent is copper phthalocyanine, contained in grease serves as thickener, oxidation inhibitor, anti-wear and extreme pressure additive, colouring the grease blue.
ΥUKO CIATIM-221
Chemically stable and inert enough to be used with a wide range of polymeric materials and rubber, therefore it is used to decrease friction loads in the friction units of “metal-metal” and “metal-rubber” surfaces.
