General Terms & Conditions


1. PENEL-lube is the trade mark of RINTEL Ltd. We are a trading company and subject to the laws and trade conditions of the Republic of Cyprus.


2. VAT is applied to all sales at the rate applicable at the date of sale. Currently is 18%. For business purposes, you may be refunded of VAT so please do remember to ask for a VAT invoice when completing your transaction (message to the seller).


3. For sales outside EU, VAT will not be charged. However, VAT and /or other duties, taxes or levies may be charged at the country of destination. These charges are responsibility of the buyer.


4. Business to Business. For sales outside Cyprus, we may not charge VAT if the buyer is a business registered to the VAT office of their country. The buyer must inform their valid VAT number before completing the transaction so that VAT will not be charged.


5. Shipment within Cyprus. Goods are dispatched the same or the next day, when payment is cleared. For delivery we use local courier services with registered shipping. Due to the short time of shipment, we do not provide the tracking number of each item. We can send the tracking number to the buyer on request.


6. Shipment outside Cyprus. Goods are dispatched the same or the next day, when payment is cleared. Shipping is arranged by the buyer, unless specifically noted. The buyer is responsible to give to the seller the relevant shipping code, so goods are delivered to the courier. To this respect, delivery is deemed complete when the goods are delivered to the courier of the buyer's choice.


7. Goods not currently in stock. In the unlikely event that the goods ordered and paid for are not in stock, the seller will inform the buyer within 24 hours with the following options:

a. Wait for the goods to be in stock. An expected delivery time will be given.

b. The buyer chooses another item.

c. A full refund of the paid amount is made.


8. Goods lost during transport. If the goods shipped within Cyprus are lost during transport, the seller will consult the courier and after a period of 3 days if the goods are not found and delivered to the buyer, the seller will replace them without any additional charge to the buyer. Goods being lost on shipments outside Cyprus, the buyer must contact their courier and claim for the loss of the goods, In these cases, the seller cannot be held responsible.


9. Goods not received by the delivery office. Goods within Cyprus are delivered by a local courier, at their offices around Cyprus. The buyer will be notified (by telephone or SMS) by the courier and must pick-up their goods for the courier office within 10 days.


10. Goods returned undelivered. After 10 days is passed, then the parcel will return to the seller. For re-sending the parcel, the buyer will be charged with the actual cost of the shipment, by the courier (payable at the courier office). The returned parcels can also be handed over to the buyer from our premises, without additional charges.Handing-over the parcel may be possible outside working hours, provided an appointment is arranged beforehand. A refund is not possible for goods that are not picked up by the buyer - no exceptions. The seller cannot be held responsible for returned parcels after a period of 60 days from the transaction date.


11. Buyer's right to return a purchased item. According to the general terms of trading, the buyer has the right to return a purchased item for whatever reason, provided that the item is in it's original package and condition and that can be re-sold, within 10 days from the date of delivery. Before returning the item, the buyer must inform the seller. Shipping expenses for the returned item are a responsibility of the buyer. When the seller receives and inspects the returned item and approves the return, will then return the relevant payment to the buyer, minus the cost of the original shipment, plus a 15% re-handling fee.

Overseas Shipping


For Greece, we recommend shipment through the courier ACS Courier. It has shops all over Greece and we have very good experience from their service.

We can deliver to overseas customers for orders paid through PayPal. To minimize shipping expenses for the customers, we suggest that the shipping is booked by the customer to the courrier of their choice. We may quote shipping charges but it will always be cheaper when booked from the country of destination.

After you select the products of your choice, we can give the customer shipping weight and dimensions in order to get the courrier of their choice. The courrier will give a tracking number that we will use to sent the order.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any import permits or duties or any other charges to the country of destination. For orders shipped outside the EU, no VAT is added.

Overseas Shipping


For Greece, we recommend shipment through the courier ACS Courier. It has shops all over Greece and we have very good experience from their service.

We can deliver to overseas customers for orders paid through PayPal. To minimize shipping expenses for the customers, we suggest that the shipping is booked by the customer to the courrier of their choice. We may quote shipping charges but it will always be cheaper when booked from the country of destination.
